The NDT LEVEL II course at Future International Skill Academy is designed to equip students with the knowledge and practical skills essential for evaluating the integrity of materials, components, and structures without causing damage. This course offers a comprehensive curriculum covering key NDT methods such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT), Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT), and Eddy Current Testing (ECT).
Students will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard NDT equipment and techniques, focusing on defect detection, flaw characterization, and material evaluation across various industrial applications. The program also emphasizes safety procedures, relevant codes and standards (ASNT, ISO, API), and report interpretation to ensure effective and accurate inspections.
With a strong focus on practical training and real-world application, this course prepares graduates for technical roles in industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, power generation, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Upon completion, students will be well-positioned to pursue careers as certified NDT technicians, inspectors, and quality professionals, ensuring structural reliability and operational safety in critical environments.
NDT Technician
Performs non-destructive testing techniques such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing to detect flaws and ensure material integrity without causing damage.
NDT Level II Inspector
Interprets test results, prepares inspection reports, and supervises NDT operations in compliance with industry standards and codes.
NDT Level III Consultant
Develops and validates NDT procedures, provides technical training, and ensures compliance with regulatory and certification standards (ASNT, ISO, API, etc.).
Welding Inspector (NDT)
